At Jessica Specter, your satisfaction is part of the magic. Whether you’re ordering tarot readings, prints, art, or spellbinding goods, we want to make sure your experience is fair and aligned with global consumer protections.

✦ Return & Refund Window

We gladly accept returns or refund requests within 14 days of delivery for most physical products. If you’re not happy with your order or changed your mind, you have the right to request a return during this time — no hard feelings.

Digital items (like downloadable content or tarot readings) are non-refundable once delivered unless there’s a technical issue on our end.

✦ Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a return/refund:

  • Your item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We’ll provide return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

✦ Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect: We cover return shipping.
  • If you simply changed your mind: You cover the return shipping.

We recommend using tracked mail. Lost returns can’t be refunded.

✦ When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

✦ Late or Missing Refunds

Still waiting on a refund? Here’s what to do:

  1. Double-check your bank account or credit card.
  2. Contact your payment provider — some may take a few days to reflect the refund.

✦ Digital Products & Tarot Readings

Due to the nature of digital and personalized services, all digital downloads, tarot readings, and spellwork purchases are final once delivered. If you experience an issue or received the wrong file/service, please contact us — we’ll make it right.

✦ EU & UK Customers

In accordance with EU and UK consumer laws, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you may return your item for any reason within 14 days of receipt. If we are not notified, your right to a refund may be affected.
